COVID-19 Vaccine Now Available to Seniors Over 70 in Utah

Local health departments will start giving the COVID-19 vaccine to Utahns who are 70 years and older as early as next week, the week of January 18. If you fall into this group, you can make an appointment to receive your vaccine through your local health department.

Contact your local health department to schedule an appointment or to find out when vaccination clinics will be held (more information on this below). You must schedule your appointment ahead of time. Do not just show up without an appointment, as each local health department has a different process for registration.
